From Local Referrals to International Orders: My Experience Working with Elitech
I am Mama DD, the founder of Mama DD's African Kitchen here in Enschede, Netherlands. I started my business to bring authentic, homemade African food—like Jollof rice, Egusi, and Fufu—to our local community.
When I first started out, I had a problem: I was relying almost entirely on word-of-mouth referrals and manually doing ads one by one to get customers. I wanted to scale my business and create a sustainable way for people to find me, and that is when I was referred to Elijah and Elitech Hub.
What I Needed Help With
Before meeting Elijah, doing business meant waiting for the next referral or spending time managing individual ads just to keep orders coming in. I knew I needed a strong digital presence to reach more people, but as someone who is not a technical person, I needed a technical expert who could handle the heavy lifting while explaining things in a way I could actually understand.
Elijah came in and built a beautiful, budget-friendly website for Mama DD's African Kitchen. But he didn't just build a website and walk away. He made it so SEO-worthy that I don't even have to run ads anymore. He handled the SEO, security, and technical architecture perfectly.

What Happened After the Website Went Live
After the website launched, my day-to-day business skyrocketed. We started getting traffic from all over, and the demand just poured in. It was incredible to see people from Germany and even the UK sending DMs and coming over to order our food. Today, I get at least 20 organic leads every week. If you search for "fufu in Netherlands," you will probably see my website first—that is how good his SEO work is.
What amazed me the most is how people are discovering us now. About 80% of my customers say they found me through ChatGPT! I even received a massive order for a conference, and they discovered my kitchen entirely through AI search.

Working With Someone Who Could Explain the Technical Side
Communication with Elijah was incredibly fluid and easy. He was patient with me, explaining the things I didn't know simply, like he was explaining to a child, making sure I truly understood. He didn't make the technical parts unnecessarily complicated.
He also doesn't overcharge like some people might, yet he still delivers top-notch work. He even taught me what to do to make sure I keep ranking and staying relevant online. Because of him, I now know a thing or two about websites, SEO, and even some technical management myself!
Our Research Collaboration
Beyond the website, Elijah and I also collaborated on a research project connected to a platform he was planning to build for Nigeria. What I found interesting was that he did not just want to build a platform based on assumptions. He wanted to understand what people actually needed, the problems they were facing, and what would make them willing to use such a platform.
We worked together to gather information, understanding people's experiences and pain points. My contribution was helping with the research process, participating in discussions, and helping gather information, while Elijah handled the technical and analytical direction. We even discussed how the data and findings could potentially be developed into a proper research publication. It was a fascinating experience because it combined practical technology development with research and evidence gathering.
What Impressed Me Most
What impressed me most is that Elijah is still quite young, but he is very intelligent and capable. One thing I noticed from working with him is that he tends to overdeliver—he does more than you initially expect from him.
If you meet him casually, you might not immediately realize how much he actually knows and how much he is doing. But once you start working with him, you see it. It is impressive that he has his own publications, founded a cybersecurity company, volunteers his time and knowledge, and creates opportunities for others.
To be honest, I did not experience anything difficult or challenging while working with him. From my personal experience, the entire process went completely smoothly.

Would I Recommend Elitech?
I would highly recommend working with Elitech, especially to someone who wants to improve their online visibility and wants to work with someone who actually understands the technical side of what they are doing.
Elijah did not just build my website and leave me to figure things out myself. He helped me understand what was being done, worked on the SEO and security, and explained things to me in a simple way. I think businesses, professionals, and organizations that want to become more visible online but do not necessarily understand all the technical aspects would benefit immensely from Elitech's services.
I would also highly recommend him to people who are concerned about cybersecurity and want to understand how to protect their websites and digital platforms properly. If you want someone who looks at the problem first and then thinks about the technology needed to solve it, Elijah is the person to work with.
